The cost of your treatment depends on your insurance coverage and your preferred method of payment.
How much does NOCD Therapy cost with insurance?
Depending on your plan, the cost of therapy varies based on elements like your plan’s deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance. For example, if you haven‘t reached your deductible, you might have to pay more for therapy. The best way to figure out exactly how much you will be paying is to directly contact your insurance plan before your first session.
NOCD accepts insurance for 155 million Americans.
We are in network with over 40 major insurance providers, including United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and many Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
What are my out of pocket costs with insurance?
Most NOCD members with in-network insurance have an average copay of $50 per session or less.
Our intake team will help you understand how much NOCD Therapy costs depending on your insurance plan.
How much does NOCD cost without insurance?
If you don’t have insurance, you still have options. Once you book a free call with our team and sign up for a first therapy session, you’ll receive a Good Faith Estimate that lists all of our cash pay prices. If you’re not ready to book a call yet, you can also request that a copy of the estimate be sent to you. Our goal is to make these prices lower than standard ERP therapy, which is known to cost between $250-$500 per session and doesn’t include in-app messaging, tools, or support between sessions.
For those paying out-of-pocket, NOCD offers the following session rates:
- 60-minute session: $240
- 45-minute session: $180
- 30-minute session: $120
NOCD also provides an interest-free payment plan of $95 per week for those who prefer to spread out their payments.
Is NOCD Free?
NOCD has a variety of resources that are available at no charge to all, but our therapy sessions are not free. Our free NOCD platform can connect you to a large community of people living with OCD, as well as experts with a vast understanding of the condition. The app also offers resources to alleviate OCD symptoms. That includes tools to help you in moments in distress, as well as online support group sessions.
